A: Order about 3 weeks from the date you’d like to have receive by - do not count weekends and holidays.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping charges vary depending upon your location and the shipping method that you select. Please refer to the Shipping Policy.

Q: I have an event next week. Can you rush my order?
A: Sure. We have 2nd day or Overnight delivery. Please indicate that on your order.

Q: I just placed an order, when will it ship?
A: All orders ship within 2~3 business days of receipst.

Q: What is your policy in returning goods?
A: Because candy is a perishable food item, no returns are accepted.

Q: What is the shelf life of Twinkle Candy?
A: Twinkle Pops® have 1~2 months shelf life after the bag is opened depending on your local weather and temperature. After 1 – 2 months, the pops may loose their clarity, but are still good to consume. Groovy Pops® have 6 months~1 year.

Q: How can I keep my Twinkle Candy fresh?
A: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Q: Is the Twinklecandy.com store secure?
A: Twinkle Candy website is secured with a Starfield Technologies Web Server Certificate.

Q: Do you offer any coupons?
A: Coupons with great new offers are frequently emailed out. Make sure to sign up a news letter.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do not ship internationally through out website but can help you directly. Email to customerservice@twinklecandy.com to arrange the best and most affordable way.

Q: I am a retailer, do you offer wholesale prices?
A: Yes, if you have a valid Resale License. Please click on the "wholesale" button on top the page, register and shop.

Q: Do you make donations?
