| Your package will be delivered via UPS. You will receive a confirmation email from us stating the product purchased, the cost of the purchase, where the product will be delivered and a tracking number for shipping. In some cases, shipments can be delayed due to acts of God, UPS service outages and certain remote rural delivery areas serviced by contracted trucking companies. Twinklecandy.com will not be responsible for any delays by trucking companies or UPS and will not be held responsible for any additional delivery charges due to hazardous road conditions or cancellation of delivery after it has left the Twinkle Candy® warehouse. |
